Open your image

  • Drag your image into Photoshop or go to File → Open and select your file.

Open Image Size

  • Go to Image → Image Size (Alt+Ctrl+I on Windows / Option+Cmd+I on Mac).

  • Change the unit to Percent in the Dimensions dropdown.

Set the new size and resampling

  • Enter 50% to reduce or 150% to enlarge, as needed.
