Make Text Glow in Photoshop
You’ll design bold glowing text by starting on a black background, setting white type, and using Outer Glow for the bloom and Inner Glow for color inside the letters. Adjust a few key settings to control glow intensity and color.

Go to File → New and choose your desired size.
Set Background to Black (or fill the background layer with black using Edit → Fill → Black).
Click Create.

Select the Horizontal Type Tool (T).
Click on the canvas and type your text (e.g., “Glow”).
Press Ctrl+A inside the text box and set the color to White.
