Merge Layers in Photoshop

Step-by-step instructions

Select the layers to combine
Open the Layers panel: Window → Layers (if it’s hidden).
Hold Ctrl (Windows) or Command (Mac) and click each layer you want to merge to multi-select them.
Confirm all target layers are highlighted.

Merge the selected layers
Right-click any of the selected layers in the Layers panel.
Choose Merge Layers.
Save your document: File → Save or File → Save As (to keep a copy).
