Change a Logo Color in Photoshop Using Replace Color
In this quick tutorial, you’ll learn to change colors in a logo image using Photoshop’s Replace Color feature. This method is ideal for simple, flat-colored logos and lets you swap one color at a time. You’ll select the target color, choose a replacement, and apply the change—then repeat for any additional colors.

Step-by-step instructions
Open the Replace Color dialog
Open your logo image in Photoshop.
Go to Image → Adjustments → Replace Color…
Position the Replace Color dialog so you can still see your artwork.
Select the color to replace (e.g., red)
In the Replace Color dialog, click the Eyedropper and then click the red area in your logo.
Use the Eyedropper+ to add nearby shades or Eyedropper− to subtract unwanted areas (optional).
Adjust Fuzziness to include all of the red you want to change.
Choose the replacement color
Click the Result color swatch to open the Color Picker.
Pick a new color, or enter specific HSB/RGB values if desired.
Fine-tune with the Hue, Saturation, and Lightness sliders.
Click OK to close the Color Picker, then click OK in Replace Color to apply.
Repeat for another logo color (e.g., change white to black)
Go to Image → Adjustments → Replace Color… again.
Click the white areas with the Eyedropper to select them.
Click the Result color swatch and choose black (or your preferred color).
Click OK to apply the change.
