Open the Replace Color dialog

  • Open your logo image in Photoshop.

  • Go to Image → Adjustments → Replace Color…

  • Position the Replace Color dialog so you can still see your artwork.

Select the color to replace (e.g., red)

  • In the Replace Color dialog, click the Eyedropper and then click the red area in your logo.

  • Use the Eyedropper+ to add nearby shades or Eyedropper− to subtract unwanted areas (optional).

  • Adjust Fuzziness to include all of the red you want to change.

Choose the replacement color

  • Click the Result color swatch to open the Color Picker.

  • Pick a new color, or enter specific HSB/RGB values if desired.

  • Fine-tune with the Hue, Saturation, and Lightness sliders.

  • Click OK to close the Color Picker, then click OK in Replace Color to apply.

Repeat for another logo color (e.g., change white to black)

  • Go to Image → Adjustments → Replace Color… again.

  • Click the white areas with the Eyedropper to select them.

  • Click the Result color swatch and choose black (or your preferred color).

  • Click OK to apply the change.
