Remove window glare and reflections with Camera Raw’s Reflections tool
Photos shot through glass often suffer from reflections and washed-out glare. With Camera Raw’s Reflections feature (in Technology Previews), you can separate and remove reflections from RAW images, then touch up any residual highlights with Generative Remove.

Step-by-step instructions
Enable Camera Raw Technology Previews
Open Photoshop, then go to Filter → Camera Raw Filter
Click the gear icon (Preferences) → Technology Previews
Enable “New AI features in Settings panel” (or similar wording) and click OK
Restart Photoshop for the change to take effect
Open your RAW photo in Camera Raw
Go to File → Open… and select one or more RAW files (e.g., .CR3, .NEF)
The images open in Adobe Camera Raw
Remove reflections using the Remove tool
Select the Remove tool in Camera Raw
Enable the Reflections option; set the Reflections strength to 100 to start
Review before/after; adjust the Reflections slider toward 0 for less removal or toward −100 to emphasize only reflections (diagnostic view)
Fine-tune overall exposure/contrast as needed after reflection cleanup
Fix residual specular highlights
With the Remove tool, switch to Generative Remove (if available)
Paint over remaining bright streaks or hotspots and click Remove
Repeat on stubborn areas until clean
Save or open into Photoshop
Click Open (or Open Object) to continue editing in Photoshop, or click Done to save settings back to the RAW file
Export as needed from Camera Raw or Photoshop
Notes and limitations
Currently optimized for flat plate glass scenes; not ideal for eyeglasses or complex curved surfaces
Works on RAW images at the time of release; support for JPEG/PNG and Lightroom is in progress per Adobe
