Select the logo with the Magic Wand

  • Choose the Magic Wand Tool (W) from the toolbar (not Quick Selection).

  • Click inside the logo to select it.

  • If the logo has separate parts, hold Shift and click additional areas to add them to the selection.

Fill the selection with a new color

  • Go to Edit → Fill.

  • Set Contents → Color… and choose your desired color (e.g., a bright orange).

  • Set Blending → Normal and Opacity → 100%.

  • Click OK to apply.

Deselect and merge (optional)

  • Press Ctrl/Command+D to deselect (or select the Type Tool and click the canvas to exit selection as shown in the video).

  • If you need a single layer, go to Layer → Merge Layers.

Save your recolored logo

  • Go to File → Save As.

  • Choose PNG for best logo quality and transparency support (JPEG is also available if needed).

  • Name your file and click Save.
