Change the Color of a Logo in Photoshop
If your logo is a single color, you can change it in seconds using a basic selection and a color fill. This workflow is simple, clean, and perfect for rapid variations. Follow the steps below to pick any new color and save a high-quality PNG.

Step-by-step instructions
Select the logo with the Magic Wand
Choose the Magic Wand Tool (W) from the toolbar (not Quick Selection).
Click inside the logo to select it.
If the logo has separate parts, hold Shift and click additional areas to add them to the selection.
Fill the selection with a new color
Go to Edit → Fill.
Set Contents → Color… and choose your desired color (e.g., a bright orange).
Set Blending → Normal and Opacity → 100%.
Click OK to apply.
Deselect and merge (optional)
Press Ctrl/Command+D to deselect (or select the Type Tool and click the canvas to exit selection as shown in the video).
If you need a single layer, go to Layer → Merge Layers.
Save your recolored logo
Go to File → Save As.
Choose PNG for best logo quality and transparency support (JPEG is also available if needed).
Name your file and click Save.
